Publications : SAC Steel Project Publications

The SAC Steel Project is a joint venture of three non-profit organizations: The Structural Engineers Association of California (SEAOC), the Applied Technology Council (ATC), and the Consortium of Universities for Research in Earthquake Engineering (CUREE). Funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the purpose of reducing the earthquake hazards of steel moment frames structures.
